For all prizes under £50, please redeem at the retailer (any store), where the scratchcard was purchased. If you are unsure where it was purchased, please email us at admin@rieves.co.uk , providing us with the game name and we will confirm where you can claim your prize.
For prizes over £50, please contact admin@rieves.co.uk for a Prize Claim form.
Prizes over £50 can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
